All-Loc is a limited liability company founded in 1982 by Michel de Sauvage which is managed today by his sons Charles-Antoine and Jonathan.

Our main activity is renting, selling, repairing and producing all kinds of tents for events. Our side activities are renting platforms, grandstands, sanitary trailers, heating systems and decorating spaces.

We are located in Braine-l’Alleud and we work all over Belgium. We also regularly work in France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Switzerland. We are part of the 10 most solicited companies in our sector in Belgium.

Over the years, All-Loc has built a solid reputation in luxury reception tents, in Belgium and abroad. Our own workshops allow us to meet the most sophisticated requests of our customers, who can customize their tent according to their desires.

Our buildings host the following workshops: sewing, metalwork, carpentry and a large storage place. These workshops guarantee both flexibility and quality.

Our tips on renting a tent Would you like to organise an event at home? Renting a tent is a brilliant solution in order to increase your available space as well as to add an exclusive touch to your event.

1Date

Any date is perfect but if you want to organise an event in May, June, September or October you have to book approximately 6 months beforehand because these are our busiest months.

However, do not hesitate to organise an event during the less busy months of the year. Autumn and winter are great alternatives for several reasons: total availability of our products, less onerous prices and less busy period for your guests. Do not worry about the cold, heating is one of our specialities.

2Location

Everything is possible! Yet, the costs will vary according to the accessibility of the location, the nature and inclination of the ground, the permission to use handling equipment and the possibility of anchoring down the tent. Prices will indeed be higher if our trucks cannot access the location (access denied to trucks, tough roads, etc.), if the tent has to be built up far away from the practicable road, or if the ground is too sandy or muddy (building up will be more difficult).  Lawns and meadows are ideal locations. Changing the inclination is possible and common, yet it requires more effort.

Handling machines to load and unload trucks save time and thus money. Building up a tent on a lawn is the best situation; yet, stowing blocks will be needed for hard and light soils.

We have already built up our tents at very unusual places: on and around a swimming pool, on the inside court of a hard to reach castle, in the middle of a forest, on the top of a hill, on the roof of a building, etc.  You do not need much space, often a terrace is already sufficient.

3Space

The space needed depends on the number of guests, the chosen reception formula, any already available space (in case the tent is adhered to the building) and the space needed by the caterer.

We usually advise our customers to foresee an average of 1m² per person sitting at a table or per 2.5 standing persons. For weddings, we usually recommend our customers to foresee two spaces, one for the cocktail/reception and one for the lunch/dinner. If the tent is build up next to your living/dining room, we will need an estimation of the available space beforehand. You will also have to foresee extra space for the cloakroom and sanitary facilities as well as an extra space for your caterer. Ask your caterer how much space he needs, sometimes they request very spacious catering tents.

All our tents have a harmonious design and are meticulously finished. Our tents can be equipped with a wooden floor, a carpet, velum, orangery framework, lightening, heating or even a dance floor in accordance with your desires. Our sewing, metalwork and carpentry workshops allow us to provide premium handmade products in order to make our clients’ wildest dreams come true.

4Budget

We will take your budget into account and give you advice on the choices to make in order to make your event a complete success. We also always visit the location together with our customers in order to gain insight in the possibility of their project. This thorough preparation allows us to offer a premium service and to guide our customers in their decisions. We do everything we can to offer you the best price/service ratio.
